Inland Empire-based Rising Legends Promotions was established in 2003 by Dr. Joshua Cooper, The first Hispanic owned boxing promotional company in the Inland Empire. Rising Legends Promotions is on a quest to become one of boxing’s most active and respected promoters, presenting shows in packed venues around the world. In its 20-year existence, Rising Legends Promotions has promoted some of the biggest and highest grossing events in the Inland Empire.
